Not so long ago, when life was more simple and there was no internet, I received my first camera. Around the same time, I was thrown into the world of travel. With camera in hand, i was ready to take on the world, and from the back seat of the car, a passion was born...for photography that is.
Since then photography has become much more than just a passion, it's a way of living. I live and breath it. Nothing makes me happier than being behind the camera. And now when I travel, I tend to carry more camera equipment than luggage.
Mainly self-taught, I have also been lucky enough to work as an assistant to one of Ottawa's leading wedding photographers. Several years of carrying the bags, setting up the lights and handing him his lenses helped me become the photographer I am today. Since then I've been able to hone my own skills with weddings, travel, and product photography.
